Is a pioneer in the senior living development landscape here in Malaysia. Led by a Board of Directors and Advisory Board with established credentials in property, business development, healthcare and senior living sectors. Jointly they have a combined wealth of experience that spans over five decades.
Aurel Sanctuary is the first development in the Aurelian Land portfolio of senior living communities. Down the line the company is looking to establish Aurel Metropolis, an urban oasis for senior city dwellers and Aurel Arcadia, a vibrant senior living township. Other new product offerings in development include Aurel Odyssey, a travel specialist outfit that designs curated tours for active seniors.

Our resort team will be recruited, trained and managed by an established hotel management partner that has over 18 years experience with international hotels brands like the Mandarin Oriental, Hyatt, Shangri La and Accor.
Healthcare & Medical Partner
Aurel will be partnering with an established healthcare provider with comprehensive medical facilities, specialist consultants & nursing support to cater for our residents’ health & wellness needs.
